Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the vehicle unlocked or leave the keys, and Josue takes care of the rest. He can also pick up and return your vehicle.
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. J&D brings its own water tank and its own generator, so nothing comes from your house.
Where can you work?
In your driveway, inside your garage, or on a business or dealer lot. For apartments and condos, waterless and rinseless washes keep it clean and tidy.
What if it rains or snows?
Your appointment moves to another day at no cost. In winter, snow can slow the schedule, so book early when you see a mild day coming.
How much does it cost?
Quotes are free. The price depends on the vehicle’s size and the package. Very dirty vehicles or lots of pet hair carry an extra charge, and you’ll know before the work starts.
How soon can you come?
Book at least one day ahead. Same-day and after-hours jobs happen when the schedule allows — just ask.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, Zelle or Cash App. A deposit is only needed for big jobs like paint correction or ceramic.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell Josue. If something isn’t right, he comes back free within 24 hours to fix it.
Are your products safe for wax and ceramic?
Yes. J&D uses professional pH-neutral soaps that clean without stripping wax, sealants or ceramic coatings.
Which towns do you cover?
Manchester and towns within about an hour, including Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett, Auburn, Londonderry, Derry, Merrimack, Litchfield and Nashua. Longer trips may carry a travel fee.
Do you offer a first-time discount?
Yes — 15% off your first detail. Just mention it when you book.
